I don't think I saw your post but I am convinced that over 20 years on Warfarin is responsible for me losing my top teeth, breakages and thinning of the enamel, I am due to having them all out in the New Year and so unhappy at the thought, I have always looked after my teeth and feel that the daily dose of Warfarin has affected nourishment to my teeth and caused the problem, not decay just breaking, plus calcium deficiency too I guess although I have no problems with my bones. I am 80
Why do you think that it would have those effects, and what have you done to counteract it? Thanks.
I had breast cancer in 2008 and the Oncologist prescribed Cal.D for bones so that was a calcium supplement. I have had regular dental checkups and treatment as and when necessary and Dentist told me a couple of years ago that my teeth were on borrowed time and that the possible cause was medication.
Thank you, will look into it x
