I've recently been having a bad patch since the middle of August where my PAF has morphed into pretty permanent sinus tachycardia. Sotalol at 320mg daily has put a lid on it 6 days ago so back in NSR thankfully, at a steady 60 BPM - slower than my previous normal of about 73.
Would I be right in thinking that Sotolol's effectiveness in keeping a slower heart rate would overrule the body's demand to increase the heart rate on exertion resulting in being pretty puffed out when walking up a slight hill for example?
