3 yrs ago my pacemaker check showed me to be in sinus rythm with a pacing burden in the atrium at around 2/3 and then the ventricular. 40%, can somoene explain what thismeans please.. now 3 years later it seems my arrythmias have become permanent. My left atriam is severely enlargedpossibly from my athletic endeavours over the years.
