PAF from allergy/hay fever remedies?

I’ve had increasingly frequent episodes of PAF recently. Last year I went for over a year without any PAF before having an episode in December. I had another episode 3 months later in March of this year and now a third episode only 11 days later. I’m concerned that the condition is becoming more frequent.

One possible factor which might have contributed to the current episode is the fact that I’ve had a cold and/or bad hay fever (I’m not sure which) for the last 5 days. I’ve felt unusually fatigued and have been sneezing a lot. I have been taking two medicines : Benadryl Allergy Relief (with Acrivastine 8mg) and Boots Allergy and Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray (with Beclometasone Dipropionate). I wondered if anyone had used these medicines, or similar, and found that they contributed to AF?
