I am on exactly the same medication as you same dose too. I take my atenolol at 7.30am, first flecainide at 8.30am and second flecainide at 8.30pm.

I have gastric issues so I make sure to eat something in advance of each medication or it troubles my stomach. At first atenolol slowed me down somewhat but after a short while I got used to it. All good with these meds currently. Best wishes.

Yes its an awful feelong. I hope the combination of meds suit you and relieve your symptoms. Its always hard starting a new regime but hopefully you will feel much better very soon.

We are all different but after first taking Flecainide as a PIP, I am now on the same dose as you with no other drugs for my paroxysmal AF and haven’t had an episode for well over a year now - the last one was around the time I must have being infected with covid (with no symptoms but a positive test result) and that was ended in a few hours with an extra pip! I think it might add to my fatigue and might mess up my digestion too but still here at 80!

Hello glad your doing well , I had no problems on flecinide and bisoprlol for 13 yrs , then all of a sudden started to get awful side effects , just hoping this mix works I’ve had two ablations which worked and meds kept everything under controll , just these awful side effects now , they say it’s very unlikely to be medication after 13yrs ?

I wouldn’t say I am “doing well” as the fatigue is debilitating after being reasonably active previously, but I have outlived both my parents and had well over the “3 score years and 10” before this struck!
