As advised on your other post, your friends, unless medics, are not qualified to advise you on that. Talk to your Dr about any concerns as he/she is best placed to give you the correct information. 😊

Which anticoagulant are you on? Your prescribing Doctor is qualified to set the dosage. If anything has changed with your heart health since prescription then go back and ask if it needs to be changed. Make sure all your Docs know what medication you are on so that there are no contraindications with other medications - it may be best to set up a medication review with your GP or practice pharmacist but even so you will be referred back to the prescribing practitioner to prescribe the new suggested dose if a change is suggested.
