I have been taking Spironolactone for one week, 25mg daily, which isn’t a very high dosage. Already I seem to be experiencing some side effects, tickly throat, severe bloating etc. Has anyone else noticed any side effects. Thank you. PhylK.

it can affect potassium levels and cause hyperkalemia. You don’t want this. You should get medical advice now. You should not get bloating. Medscape has an Ap that is good to have. Doctors use it.
yes took it for a month and had breast pain and nipple soreness, as a bloke.
