My heart echo test results indicated mild left ventricular hypertrophy. I have been suffering with proximal Afib for more than five years. Have any of the members have such condition and how they are dealing with it.

Thank you all

A thickening of the ventricle wall is generally caused by long-term high blood pressure. Treatment and lifestyle changes aimed at bringing this down can address this condition and may even reverse it. In the assumption that this is the case with you, I hope you have looked at ways of lowering your bp with your doctor? Mild VH is not considered dangerous, but obviously this is the ideal time to address the issue and ensure the thickening doesn't develop further with time.
