Here what another member of this forum has written in one of his comments:

" My previous cardiologist told me he had ectopics after taking a supplement (didn’t say what) so they’re obviously imperfect and human, like the rest of us."

Maybe it helps somewhat...

Far cheaper and safer to take a glass of water with a tea spoon of salt and sugar.

Without knowing the full list of ingredients, how it’s manufactured how can we possibly judge?

Had a quick look at the UK website - too many red flags for me - lots of great marketing hardly any hard facts on ingredients or their sources or manufacturing process.

Avoid.

Hope ectopics calm soon.

It would be interesting to see how much artificial sweetener there is in that stuff!

Aspartame or Sorbitol maybe. A surefire arrythmia trigger for many!

My friend, how can anyone offer you "some reassurance"? Only God knows what they have put in that container and only He knows how your body will react to it. Your better off asking Him! Best wishes.

check for aspartame or sucralose in ingredient list. I also had a reaction to a similar product that I used to drink daily that kicked my heart rhythm into SVT. This vitamin mix contained sucralose that caused mine. I check labels carefully now.

Supplements are not benign...they interact powerfully with various cardiac meds. Prior to my afib, I took many supplements (including herbals, chineese supplements, etc., and a few vitamins) However, since afib, I take considerably less supplements, as they typically interact with cardiac meds...and that has been difficult for me to accept. However. I am more concerned to stay out of afib than I am about anything else.

I don't take ANYTHING, without reading the ingredients, and researching if they interact with my meds or cardiallc function. If there are many safe ingredients in it which I am able to take in a particular supplement, shake, smoothie, etc,. and one that may be potentially risky for me, I may experiment with a very small amount; but typically just don't take it.

Read all ingredients and research if any of them can affect your heart or are not compatible with cardiac meds.

Something that has helped me a great deal with ectopic, etc. , is taking a slow breath in and very slowly letting it out through my nose, for at least five minutes or until I become regular again. The inward breath should be shorter than your outbreath.

I have found that nose breathing works best for me, and a very important part of getting better overall cardiac function and calming down my para sympathetic system.

Pleae look it up on Dr.Gupta's utube video for a more detailed explanation and demonstration. Really worked well for me.

Wishing you good luck and heath⚘️
