Has anyone on here been prescribed this drug for pain? When I looked it up it's classified as a NSAID and I always thought Afib sufferers shouldn't be taking this type of drug. Thanks for your time.

I have it on prescription sometimes, as a gel. It isn't absorbed into the bloodstream that way,or at least not enough to aggravate AF. X

NSAIDS are not recomended if you have AF other than topical gels used sparingly.
Diclofenac was shown to cause AF in a large scale investigation some years ago by the university of Aarhus. I would never take any oral NSAID but do use topical gel sparingly for very sore bouts of backache.

I personally wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole or any other NSAIDs. I do use ibuprofen gel sparingly on odd occasions.
