What sort of supplement, in what quantity and for what do want to take it for?
Fish oils may increase the risk of bleeds for some people on anticoagulants is the actual phrasing.
Try getting your fatty acids from foods rather than supplements to be ultra careful? If you eat a varied diet, especially a Mediterranean based diet then you should get enough. Obviously oily fish, Linseeds, Chia seeds are all excellent sources but walnuts, spinach all have some Omega 3.
Only that I have been taking them for decades and when Edoxaban was added into the mix I don’t get any symptoms from taking both, that is no bruising, bleeding etc
I think that is only with warfarin as the newer "DOAC" anticoagulants such as apixaban don't interact with anything much at all.

Might be worth trying to get your omega 3s from food rather than a supplement - there's a fair bit of research out there suggesting that supplements (particularly higher doses) actually increase the risk of afib!
Make sure that your daily diet includes good sources of ALA, such as chia seeds, ground linseed, hemp seeds, soy seeds and walnuts. But walnuts are the best as they are nearest to the perfect ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6. You can boost your Omega 6 intake though to compensate and create a lower ratio by eating almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds.
All the best.
