Hi folks Iwas cardioverted in Oct 2020 been relatively ok apart from Af return a couple of times in 2021 and 2022 and now this year4 episodes so far just would like to hear of other peoples experiences heart rate is usually around 60 but irregularand sometimes bit lightheaded when rising to a stand up position then it goes away any input welcome .

Lifestyle changes could help to eliminate/reduce the episodes. I would step up your efforts in this area first and book a cardiologist appointment to discuss in 6 months time.

You don't say how long your episodes have been and what drugs you are on. You may need to have a discussion on taking anti-coagulants.

HR & slight dizziness on standing is similar to me for years and no probs experienced.

Hi secondtry thanks for feedback my episodes have increased since Gp reduced my Bisoprolol dose 5mg to 1.25mg due to low bpm also Ihave cardiomyopathy so drugs are entresto edoxaban eplerenone lipitor dapaglifozin glicazide bosoprolol Im ona strict diet I use an ebike would like to use it more although Im well over weight hence diabetes t2 and determined to loose a lot of weight its all a juggling act these days
