As some of you may know since I was discharged from hospital in June I had a heat monitor in early September ( no results yet )

Still on the same medication no appointment to mid February

I have attached my report BobW gave me a wonderful break down of the key points but I can’t help wonder if I need treatment or a medication change as it will be 6 months since a doctor spoke to me since my discharge

Any views on the heart or improvements I can make would be most welcome as I seem to have AF more regular amd still short of breath some days

generally to improve a low ejection fraction rate exercise is recommended, but if you AFib is bad might not be possible, walking usually helps.

thank you I do about 6-8 miles once a week as these dark nights don’t help to get out
