Yes Bob I refused Amiodarone 16 years ago because I researched and found it caused Thyroid disease. I changed my cardiologist because I wasn’t happy with his ideas and found a top man through the Dr foster website who agreed with me and I took Fleccanide instead and that was fine. Later my GP confirmed that Amiodarone caused Thyroid in many of his patients.

I stopped Fleccanide when I had my pacemaker 12 years ago.

Now I’m on 10mg Bisoprolol, Digoxin, Apixaban and Losartin and wonder if any of those are causing this decline or if anyone else on this mix has problems.

Hope you are doing well on your new Pacemaker .

Reading the package insert is a good idea to find out about any potential effects. They're easy to read online. As Bob said, amiodarone can affect thyroid. If you're going to be taking amiodarone long-term, you might want to ask to get thyroid checked 2 or 3 times a year, no more than every 3 months.
