No, I don’t think so. It’s often discussed on this forum so try typing it into the search box at the top right of this page. It may also discussed in the British Heart Foundation forum. Click on “My hub” and click on the + and type it in…….

If you tell us what you want to know, I’m sure someone here will be able to help you……

I’ve been talking Diltiazem for AF for several years with no problems.

You might also look on the Arrythmia Alliance Forum - it’s much quieter than this forum but does cover most arrythmias.

You may also find the AA website of interest, some good info on SVT - look for virtual events on SVT on Patient Day also.heartrhythmalliance.org/aa/...

I think SVT can be a part of an arrhythmia complex including AF, AFl, and so on, so this forum seems to get plenty of mentions of it. I get a lowish form of tachycardia much more of than I get AF, for example, and take bisoprolol as needed for it. Luckily mine peaks at about 130bpm. Does yours go higher?

I don't take anything for my SVT and it seems to control itself with help from my diet. Mine goes up to about 190 bpm though on some days when I'm stressed and am climbing a very steep hill on my bike. Maybe twice a week. I only take Apixaban. I am 78.

All the best.

I had terrible SVT for about 3 years and meds made me feel terrible. Never tried Diltiazem. Doctor put me on Flecanide which made me feel like a zombie. My heart rate would get up to 250 bpm and I would almost pass out almost daily. I had an ablation in 2016. I had some bouts after that I found out were food sensitivity related. Gluten/wheat and aspartame/sucralose caused mine and I still must avoid those ingredients as they now kick off ectopics in tiny amounts. Haven’t tried them forever so not sure if I would get SVT back from ingesting them again and not willing to find out. I am on no meds. All managed by food avoidance.
