do a lot of research on it. Mine is progressively worse after two ablations. It does take 12 weeks or so for your heart to heal. I just posted a write up on my experiences after two ablations look under afibjohn. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones. But stressing over it makes it worse, put it on Gods care and let go.
