I have a fitbit charge that shows my heart rate and a blood pressure monitor with an arm band.
I would like to know if anybody can recommend a watch that has both heart rate and blood pressure monitors that are accurate. Also wondering if my blood pressure readings affect my heart arrhythmias or visa versa. My episodes usual occur in the middle of the night. I can check my heart rate immediately but not my blood pressure. I do the valsalva maneuver a few times and then try to go back to sleep.

I recently had a 24hr BP test through my GP. It was done using a wristwatch. A point on the strap had to be positioned directly (and fairly tightly) over my artery in my wrist.
It was ok, but I wouldn’t like to wear it for longer periods
My cousin has a Samsung watch that does this. He needs to calibrate it regularly against his BP machine, but it seems to work well. I read that Apple was going to introduce this in their last watch but for some reason, didn't.
I think the answer to your question is yes, both ways, in my experience. My heart rate, too fast or too slow, definitely does. Also the quality of my breathing so sleep apnea can be a factor.
