Hello everyone, I just wanted to come on here and thank everyone for being so supportive. I was feeling pretty low, but having put a post on here, and getting such good supportive response it feels as though there is so much I can do to help myself. I am going to try all the advise, already feeling better. Thank you all .

It's such a shock isn't it when you're first diagnosed. And we're often left in ignorance about the condition, plus it's our heart and can be blooming frightening. This forum helped me through for sure.

Always good advice from the lovely folk on here. As Paul says keep up the positive! That's the best thing you can do :)

Keep asking questions until you’re full up then digest slowly. We are all similar but so different in many ways so someone has advice for you if you ask.

Try to stay sane because at first it’s overwhelming and slightly confusing.

Keep hydrated,

Keep as calm as you can (not always easy).

Monitor but don’t obsess.

Good luck and welcome to the club.
