I was diagnosed with Brugada in 2015 at the age of 69. Since then I have been called a special lady and called unique! I don’t feel it. The condition was diagnosed while having investigations into an arrhythmia. Because of the Brugada, I cannot take any of the usual beta blockers for this condition, I then went into PAF. My Cardiologist said that he had never known a Brugada patient go into AF. I am now waiting for my fourth ablation! My last ablation was a cryo and worked for about eighteen months. At the beginning of June last year, everything kicked off again. It is so distressing that there is nothing apart from an ablation that can help me. Is there anyone out there in the same position? I need to know I am not on my own.
Thank you.

Neoneo, I don't know if this is the kind of thing you might be interested in, but I learned from Mayo Clinic that the MUSE Biofeedback device has consistently had good results with all kinds of cardiac arrhythmias... hard to explain it but worth looking this up online. It is somewhat expensive but for Mayo to recommend it to me as a treatment for afib I think carries some weight. We never know what works for us. I am interested in biofeedback devices (I think the MUSE is a headband-type that senses brain functions...?). With all best wishes for total healing for you!
