It has been behaving itself lately CD thanks, but then two things have existed in recent weeks - 1) low humidity ( 42 to 48%) and dry - ish. 2) I've been on leave since 23rd December and the only driving I've done has been my Nissan Juke. NO BUS DRIVING !! so that supports comments many of you guys made in the context of my whinges a few weeks ago. I'm sure you commented as such, so did Jean and I think Auriculaire and maybe a few others. However, the one thing that doesn't change is the impact of my sleeping position at night. If I end up sleeping on my left side/left shoulder then I damn soon wake up in pain.

By the way, I've just moved back to Devon; so if there are any meetings planned I would be interested in attending - social or otherwise. To be honest I've moved back because of the healthcare situation, AF in particular - Wales, even Cardiff, was very disappointing, to the point of being worrying and scary. Best wishes, Trish x

Sounds good to me. Yesterday we went for a walk and bumped - socially distanced of course -into other NYD walkers. Kindness, hope and compassion were all themes exchanged along with New Year's Greetings.

Thanks and the same to you. Re your shoulder, I can sympathise with you about your sleeping position. My shoulder is fine generally, but like you, moving on to my right side and I soon wake up again. Just the joys of broken bones!!☹️
