Those of us with AF are advised to try to eat a healthy diet and to avoid ultra processed food.

I found this interesting article defining the different foods and what is and isn't processed / ultra processed and giving alternatives.

Basically if you buy ingredients and cook from scratch (batch cooking is another good idea) you will be eating far healthier. Not only that but you will save large and I mean large sums of money. When Sam gave up work and started cooking for real rather than buying dinners we saved beteen £60 and £80 a week and I lost weight.

Very useful, however, just to show what a minefield it is, dried fruit is recommended. Commercial dried fruit contains a preservative to which I am allergic! Must dust off the bread maker 🎃
