We wish you a warm welcome and good luck on this journey. The anxiety can be overwhelming but it is all part of this monster. It can come as a great shock. As you learn to live with it, accept it, and know that it will not threaten your life the more relaxed you will be and life can be near normal. We are all different, but are all treatable with it. I am so grateful to this forum for all the help I have been given and it really does help enormously. We all understand the many many problems and awful thoughts. Don't let this define who you are.

Awe poor you,we’ve all been you and we all know how startling and overwhelming this can be in the beginning.You’re in a good place on here everyone helps each other....ask whatever you want. I was you three years ago!

It’s treatable and trust me as time goes on you will feel much more normal and relax back into things again.
