Chest Pain - my 1st 2 AF attacks I had severe chest pain, struggled to breath, HR over 160 & was rushed to a&e, sent home next day. Attacks since I had severe chest pain and struggling to breath for over 2 hours with HR of around 130, but I rode it out without calling 999. I'm waiting for ablation, no idea how long it'll be. Not sure what I should do when I get the next attack. Your thoughts please.

AF with severe chest pain and struggling to breathe does indicate that a visit to A&E is necessary. If you phoned 111 at time of attack I'm sure they would advise same.
I get chest pain, diagnosed via angiogram as coronary artery spasm. Unless you know for sure that it is not caused by coronary disease then I would go with Jalia’s advice.
