Anti inflammatory
Hi Maund.
I'll punt in at Graviola (soursop). It's a natural substance and has anti inflammatory properties. However please consult with your doctor before taking it.

I would check with your pharmacist, GP and then check it out with your cardiologist and EP about this. I have been told not to take such things and indeed after my knee operation was not prescribed any by the surgeon and he grumbled about not being able to do so. Having said that my cousin's husband who has AF and COPD has been told just recently that he can take them for a couple of days and it won't hurt (he is a little younger than me - does this make a difference?)? Definitely needs more investigation and careful checking out in my opinion as to if you can take anti inflamatories and what type.
Anti-inflammatories have been shown to cause AF and should not be taken if you are on anti-coagulants as they enhance the anti-coagulant's properties. If co-codamol and paracetamol don't do the job, then you need to see your doctor for advice.
NSAIDS are a no no of course though my doctor told me the gel used sparingly is OK as little gets into the blood stream.
Thanks for your replies , my doctor prescribed me Celebrex which I now no is a no no , gps have no idea about a fib
