Remote and continuous monitoring seem unlikely to be adopted by the NHS for this monitor in the short term. QardioMD seems designed for the US market.Would be interesting to know why the AFA is moving into retail (entirely legitimately in my view) and why they promote this particular monitor over say an Omron equivalent.
My WatchBP monitor detects AF and is NICE approved , and has been around a few years. If the AFA want to promote specific brands then either say its an advert or highlight what it is the AFA think is special.
