Yes if that is frequent Also counts if you are on treatment but bp is lower
Good reminder from RosyG that even if your BP is now controlled with meds the fact you have ever had high BP counts.
My EP said, “any history of high Blood Pressure”. My BP is perfect now and I’m not on medication for it but I did have extremely high blood pressure in my pregnancies and a hypertensive crisis after the birth of my first baby 30 years ago. When my AF was bad my BP was a bit all over the place.

You MUST score a point if you are taking meds for BP regardless on what the reading may be. Mine is generally 115/70 but I still score since I am on losartan .
