Can anyone please tell some side effects from taking Xarelto. Any strange pains on and off in head? Dizziness?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a number of different problems. Most of us here are not medically trained so it is difficult to offer advice for dealing with the symptoms you refer to. As has been suggested, you really should consult your Doctor as soon as possible. Hope you get the help you need soon........

Well been ok since on Xarelto had nose bleed to start with but been fine since, had a recurring bout of angina and was put on ranolazine my sleep has been horrendous getting hardly any from Monday to this morn had none whatsoever for 24 hrs can’t carry on like this I’ve not taken any today and no headaches or dizziness feel better just waiting to see if l sleep tonight Doc ringing me tomorrow originally they gave me depressants to help me sleep but have took none

I have been taking xarelto for 7 years, I haven’t experienced any side effects, I have routine checks on my kidney function which has remained fine. No headaches, I do feel dizzy occasionally but I’ve never thought it might be related to a xarelto , I wouldn’t hesitate to take it again. I was started on warfarin initially, and although I kept taking an increased dose my INR wouldn’t go up! Much prefer rivaroxaban

Mama48 are you on the standard dose of 20mg?
