I know this quote relates to figurative scars but I couldn’t help but think of all of us who have had ablations (I’ve had 4) and think of the literal scars our hearts bear. ❤️❤️❤️

I think our hearts grow stronger too after all the hurts and emotional turmoil we undergo in our lives. Everything has to be experienced before we truly understand how it feels. That is why we all have such an empathy with everyone here. We understand how AF affects us in so many ways.

I thank my lucky stars that I found this forum, have learnt so much here over the years.
