Is paracetamol ok to be taken with Rivaroxaban

I have now got a recurrence of bursitis in my hip. It’s really painful so I’ve been taking paracetamol, but feeling a bit strange. Last time I had this I wasn’t on Rivaroxaban, so wondered if anyone else has felt weird. Bit breathless and extremely tired, and just not right.

Thanks.

Yes. No contra indication unlike NSAIDs like ibuprofen which you must never take.

Thanks Bob. Maybe I’m just feeling odd anyway, got an eye infection as well. At least there’s no AF. (Touch wood)

Just get tired but can work through it, otherwise OK.

I take Rivaroxaban too but not had any noticeable side effects yet. Maybe check drug interaction on Google between these drugs, see if anything is known

Thanks Drakelady . I asked the local pharmacist, just to be sure, and she said it was fine. Must’ve been just me. What a surprise!!!
