My holiday, don’t feel 100% I

Can’t walk at all far. Seeing specialist as soon as I get back to have a monitor fitted to see what is going on. I used to think flecanide was fantastic but after the weekend gosh I felt so ill. Any ideas? Have a good day everyone.

Almost impossible to offer any logical advice but with so much going on at the moment plus the additional issues regarding being on holiday, maybe additional stress and anxiety is a factor......

Yes the 111 doctor said are you anxious I have never understood anxiety I don’t know the difference between that and worry.

I’m certainly no expert jilly, but I guess they are all wrapped up together and generally the result of fear of the unknown.........
