Ups and downs bp

Thanks BobD for reply just wondered if it was the little fluttery shocks causing change usually spo2 93 bpm 79 which I've always thought was ok never really low could be just a little stressed at min n 1st time I've used bp monitor oh well don't think I use it to often anyway even at dr cause my bps to go up thanks again stay well
