A 10% burden of ventricular ectopy - please translate!

Just had an email from my cardiologist. So for the last ten days I have been having lots of ectopic beats...no idea why, just come straight out of the blue. I have certainly had ectopic beats for the last 16 years which have not caused me any problem. Had a 24 hour monitor on which showed free of AF (yeah!) but this 10% burden etc....

Anyone any ideas as to how a) this has started b) what’s it mean c) any chance this is connected to being on the Flecainide since September. Sometimes the ectopics are there, sometimes not, with no rhyme or reason. As always look forward to peoples input from experience...

Just had two thoughts....1. I was on a week of steroid nose drops when it started but have been off them for five days 2. Been on the 5:2 diet for the last three weeks
