Just a thought but in my late 50’s started getting migraines with the aura for only the second time, having once had it in my late 30’s once. Had an MRI five years ago and much to everyone’s surprise had a normal brain. Had a few episodes over the years since but normally an espresso and three soluble aspirins knock it quite quickly. Usually once possibly twice a year. Since being on the Flecainide I have had three in as many months and last seven weeks a headache in various parts of my sinuses. Getting old and more knackered or possible connection?

Flecainide and sinus / migraine problems
Are you in the US? Walgreens has a an OTC migraine/headache pill-express tab that works well. Its biggest ingredient is caffeine like your espresso.
Here in England we also have the OTC stuff for about £3.00 or three soluble aspirin for pennies and a shot of espresso out of the coffee machine. It works but I just can’t help wondering if the increase in sinus type headaches and migraines are connected to the medication- who knows but someone on here normally knows the answer to just about everything but the lottery numbers
Flecainide does cause severe headaches for me. I can only take 25 mg/twice per day. Anything more and I'll wake up with a headache, which can last all day. Not always, but 90% of the time. I'm not sure if these are migraines, but they're definitely hard to control.
