I have had PAF for about 7 years and take 1.25mg of bisoprolol every day , no wobbly ticker symptoms and steady pulse SATS 100% and can do anything. MY last "episode" was 1 year ago, Yet my Apple watch 4 says I have permanent AF . Should I ditch the watch before it drives me loopy ?

Don't ditch it .Just stop focussing on it. That only increases anxiety. It is not what you have but how you use it.

I used to be the same with my BP machine and joke that I only started to feel better when the battery went flat.

We are all different- 1.25mg of bisoprolol was stopped for me after 3 days as it brought my heart rate down too low! My Kardia sometimes gives an "unclassified" reading but we usually agree over my AF episodes though we are all different!!!
