Taking extra Warfarin did not make your blood pressure rise. Keep a mood diary. I am sure this will help.

I've read your earlier post about watching what you eat because you are on Warfarin. The only thing I don't have is cranberries. If I suddenly started eating more greens than normal I would get my INR tested to see if my dose needed adjusting. I would not wait 3 months.

I wouldn't take more Warfarin except if I was told to by a doctor or nurse.

Warfarin doesn't thin the blood but makes it slower to coagulate, thereby reducing the risk of a blood clot forming which could cause a stroke.

I don't see that Warfarin has anything to do with blood pressure. As for moods, my mood rarely changes. I don't let anything get me down, despite having permanent AF, asthma, lymphoedema, and chronic urticaria, I just get on with life.

Well done you. I believe that if you are stressed then it can affect your blood pressure. We are not able in my area to go and have INR test. We have appointments. However I take your point. My advice still stands watch what you eat and your stress levels. I would never suggest anyone taking more Warfarin than they have been advised to take. Or any tablets or medicine.
