I’m 79 have PAF but manage Tennis today

Having Second knee full replacement on

5 th November to make for better walking

Joint very bad . Worn out but little pain

Experience.

Hope it works as good as 1st Tight knee

Last October 18 .

I will follow your example more closely

Ido go to gym like 3 Days min a week.
