Major Increase in PACs before and after my last episode

Last week prior to my episode, I had a full day of PACs, like hundreds of them. So annoying. Everytime I have one I think I'm going into a fib hell. Usually I'm lucky and only have a few a day.

im having them again right now and was yesterday too. It's normal for me to get PACs after an episode for a few days, but these have been like non stop. Any ideas? I'm an in the middle of a love and I'm defintely stressed out, but this is so annoying and causing me more damn anxiety. I just want some peace. I used to have an episode and then all would be very quiet for like 3 months.

I’m here dealing with the same crap... I used to get them for a few days or weeks and I would be fine for months.. now I’ve getting them more often and more aggressive since March.. I’m losing my mind. I’m just laying here and I get the hard thuds..

I find if I lay on back with a heating pad on my chest, and breathe they pass. Also, I use Valium to mello out. I’m just going to say it this heart shit sucks.

Try the slow deep breathing exercise we promote. Use stomach (diaphragm) not shoulders. Slow breathing down to less than six per minute and maintain for five minutes at least.

Have you tried taking magnesium? It often helps. You can also use it in powder form in your bath, or spray it on your body in oil form. Also the slow breathing Bob has advised. Let your stomach (not chest) rise as you breath in .
