A little more settled

After what seemed an endless stream of problems after the Pace and Ablate a few months ago, I seem to be a little more settled now. I was still getting PVC's even with all the tweaking the tech people did for me, and no-one really seemed to know what, if any, meds I should be taking. So I did a bit of trial and error myself and ended up taking 40 mg Sotalol twice a day. This seemed to work alongside an electrolyte powder I have started to take every other day.

Now, I am feeling much better, although every now and then I am getting a fast run which lasts for a few seconds and is regular. I don't now what it is, but it does correct quickly.

I have an appointment with my Cardio this week and need to ask about the E. fraction level having dropped since the procedure.

Can anyone recommend a watch that would automatically record the fast runs I am having?

An Apple watch would be quite a financial outlay, but does do what you want as well as a number of other things.

My watch also detects if I have a fall. I know this works, I tripped over my dog and in seconds my phone vibrated and asked me to confirm if I had fallen. If I hadn't replied it and would have notified a chosen contact.

As I said this is quite a cost, but one that we are happy to bear as my husband is often away on trips and worries when I am on my own.
