Numerous studies that low carb and Afib go together

I am trying to find out if it is true cause everything I read says lots of things cause afib

Have to say I was surprised by your post. Elsewhere in this forum are posts suggesting sugar levels can trigger AF and carbs get converted into sugar. It might be, as with many things, that too little as well as too much is bad.

btw whole grains convert differently to refined grains (i.e instant oatmeal vs slow cooked oats, white rice vs brown rice etc), cake/pastry/cookies etc are not good as they are refined grains so in reality whole grains are not to be feared :) not saying we must eat whole grains but just pointing out they are not harmful :)

I am surprised by this too, thank you for posting. I posted a couple of weeks ago that my husband is on a low-carb diet and by definition I am too (he cooks). I need to investigate further .
