I really feel for you.

I've not had nightmares, but hallucinations on Flecainide, would wake to find someone stood by my bed or leaning over me. I understand terror! Thank goodness I could stop taking them and have had no problems since. Mind you I'd taken them for years before with no problems at all, so it may have been their combination with other medications. Do you take any others?

If your nightmares are really upsetting you, I would talk to your EP and see if you could be prescribed an alternative drug.

Are you taking Amiodarone pending an ablation?

Like Jean, I had nightmares with Flecainide, usually shockingly Claustrophobic related. I guess if one type of tablet can do this why not Amiodarone. Need to seek professional advise! Best wishes. Phyl.

I too experienced nightmares whilst taking Amiodarone and as time went by, other accumulative more serious side affects. If you are not happy with any medication, as has been recommended, seek further medical guidance.
