You need to use the hip repacement forum rather than atrial fibrillation. If you use the search HUL box (top right) there will be something appropriate.
Sounds like nerves healing. You'll get more help in hip forum
This is normal. Have had a hip and knee replacement and still have numbness
Inflammation is normal post joint-surgery. It's the body's natural reaction. If you're worried about it being too hot and swollen you should check with your GP incase there is an infection brewing.
