Well I had my cardioversion on Thursday and it worked 1st time to say I'm pleased is an understatement. I would definitely go with what Paul said it's not worth worrying about I know that's easier said than done but it really was simple. I hope it stays in nsr and will do all I can to keep it here😁😁 have a great weekend 😀

Glad it worked but please remember that it is not a cure for AF and life style changes are important in trying to control future events.

Definitely agree Bob although I have been told I can drink alcohol within my allowance I don't drink anything apart from water and tea decaf and have managed to lose 3 stone since February, my biggest problem is Stress but I am learning to ignore things more and I really do think now it's time I put my self first 😁. I spoke to cardiologist about joining gym and he will let me know when suitable I just need my thyroid to stay under control which my endocrinologist keeps a close eye on so I am very fortunate both consultants work together.

Brilliant news Sue. Just brilliant.

It really is a simple procedure and nothing to worry about.

Enjoy your weekend too ;-)

Best,

Good news Sue! It's a great feeling going back into sinus rhythm after cardioversion. Keep positive and well done on the weight loss ! ( I've had cardioversions last 3/5 years )

Best of luck, mine was November 2016 and still in NSR thank God.

But must remember that always a possibility that could revert back in Afib at anytime.
