Headaches and peaking BP

One week after having the ablation my husband very good BP readings, then the BP start peaking up to 163/93 and has continued getting these high readings. His doctor doubled his med but he is still getting headaches and HB pressure, even with taking walks and eating correctly. He didn't have this prior to the ablation.

Any suggestions?

Taking deep breaths in and then exhaling quickly through my mouth soon brings my blood pressure down and it usually stays that way. Perhaps he could try that and see if it works for him.

It takes a while for your heart to recover from having someone poking wires around inside it and there are pinned posts (on the right hand side) regarding recovering from an ablation. It can take a while - have a look and see what you think.
