I was diagnosed with AF last December, put on amlopidine, apixaban and digoxin. minimal doses. am getting very unbalanced, and tend to falling, and very lethargic and depressed. is this usual, due to over prescription for drugs, or simply age (86)? need
reassurance that one day I'll be me again one day!

Your doing well at 86! Don't go waiting for life. Use all you have is my advice. That said speak to the doctor who prescribed the drugs as we are not medically trained and without the full story it is not easy to advise.
thank you so much. yes it,s first thing in the morning when i stagger, also when bending forward e.g. to tie shoelaces. the depression lifts if I can get out for walk in the sun. all was OK when on as lower dose of digoxin.
I had been warned that getting the drug balance right was tricky, and individual, like a family recipe for spaghetti bolognese
