This video was on my YouTube recommended to watch list today so I watched it. The doctor is speaking about diet and whilst the main focus is on diabetes it has a lot of relevance to other health conditions as well. It runs for about 1/2 hour. It’s great to see so many medical experts getting on board with the importance of lifestyle changes rather than just prescribing drugs.

Hi Kaz, I wanted to listen to the podcast but it's length made me postpone that, and this half hour packed talk very supportive of what I'm trying to achieve already for my heart , thankfully without added type 2 diabetes in my case.. I was aware of the Pioppi diet.
