Anyone have Heart Squeezing sensations after a busy day?

I was wondering if anyone else was having this squeezing sensation with their heart?

Yes. You need to discuss with your doctor. In my case it was AF. I am not saying this is the case with you but it’s best to get it checked in case you need some treatment.

When I had bad episodes of AF at the beginning I described it as repeats of a long squeeze, followed by racing heart. I now suspect that the squeeze was some sort of pause but it was never caught on ECG to my knowledge.

Thanks- I have an atrial arrhythmia but it is not A-fib maybe it is acting up again.
