Terrible night

I wondered if anyone can help, I had a terrible night on Monday, felt ok all day, feelings were difficult to explain could not get to sleep, feeling so ill, maybe like I was going to have a stroke. Felt very tired all day yesterday, I used to get this feeling when AF was first diagnoised and thought it was anxiety but AF is well controlled with meds. I checked heart rate but it was ok, any thoughts.

I used to be stupidly exaggeratedly tired one day and in AF the next, in the early days at least!

Are you absolutely sure that your AF is totally controlled by medication? Can you be sure that AF does not happen whilst you are asleep?

A 7-days monitor picked up my AF whilst I slept. Extreme tiredness and increased urine production points to AF for me.

No point in staying in and worrying Woody..Phone reception and ask to speak to your GP. You won’t waste his appointment times and it will relax you.

I speak from experience this last Monday , SO glad I contacted my GP.

Good advice, my husband and I were watching an A&E programme last night, woman came in 'just feeling very ill' with few other symptoms, turned out she had very bad pneumonia although to begin with they were thinking heart attack.
