Hiya Jasmin, I had my Cryoablation at Liverpool heart and chest hospital under Dr Derek Todd, if you Google that Dr you will see he is one of the top electrophysiologists in the country. He does NHS and private appointments too... Hope that helps 👍

I will have Dr Todd in Liverpool for my ablation next week. As djbgatekeeper says he is one of the top EP’s. You do have to be referred by your cardiologist or GP and if required NHS funding has to be approved if you are under a different health authority.

Good luck.

Glenfield Hospital in Leicestershire.

Dr Sandilands did my ablation , such a caring man, puts patient first at all times. He even came in on his day off (Sunday morning before Easter bank holiday Monday) to get me discharged rather than having to wait until the Tuesday

Dr Senthil Kirubakaran - Lead Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at Queen Alexandra’s Hospital, Portsmouth. Performed 2 ablutions on me on the NHS in 2015 and 2016 - PAF free since. He also does private work. I highly recommend this thoroughly professional doctor and gentleman and his team.

If you google 'top British Electrophysiologists' you will find the Daily Mail guide to the best as chosen by their peers, which may be helpful. Sorry can't do link.
