AF and menopausal!

I have just been diagnosed with AF!!! And have a teenage daughter battling with her hormones and me going through menopause husband in a house full of raging hormonal women!! Poor man

Yeah, but he hasn’t been diagnosed with AF, and isn’t menopausal. My sympathies lie with you.

Lol yes I totally agree. I am terrified at the moment and I am just taking one day at a time. I am trying everything to get my anxiety under control, had acupuncture tonight and doing mindfulness. I am to get ablation in January I hope it works. Many thanks for your kind words and replying to my post. It's pretty lonely trying to deal with this with people who don't understand it.

Poor guy, hope he can get through what is a very difficult and challenging time for him. He needs a good strong support network of understanding people and he'll look back in a few years and see that he was strong enough to come through it.

Buy him a shed! 😀seriously,I'm sure he understands there is a lot going on for you at the moment.Perhaps when you're feeling 'level headed ' take some time to explain how you feel ,to make sure he understands where you are at?
