Questions to ask consultant re ablation

Hi all, I’m due to see the cardiologist that does the ablation on friday( they don’t seem to use the word EP in France).....it’s an assessment to see if I’m suitable I’m told by my cardio....but he seems to think I’m goung to have one.....so are there any questions I should ask him about this? I just want to be prepared it’s all in french.

Ask him what his success rate is and how many procedures it may take.

When I first met my EP he told me all the bad things that could happen including death so i asked him when he last killed anybody. He looked shocked and said he never had to which i replied could he please put me on the list for the week after he did as I knew he would be more carfeful then. Had a fantastic relationship with him ever since!
